Under Construction Eclectic Threads was founded by Pete & Victoria in 2006 and is located in Webster Groves, MO. The concept was resulted from our kids' desire for cool, one-of-a-kind clothing, including patch pants, tie-dyed stuff, "baja" style hoodies, and more. Add to that Victoria's love of items and books that make people feel good about themselves, and the result is Eclectic Threads & Other Kynd Stuff! Eclectic Threads provides top-notch One-of-a-kind custom apparel, hard-to-find items, and unique gifts. along with great customer support - a combination that can't be beat! Through our commitment, experience, and expertise Eclectic Threads has established a business relationship with our customers that will last a lifetime! At Eclectic Threads, we believe that even just one person CAN make a difference - add to that one person another person, and another, and another, and we can make the world a better place. We try to select suppliers who are ethical, honest, humanitarian, and responsible. Whenever possible, we choose to offer you products from companies who are individually- or family-owned, so that you know that the products you buy from Eclectic Threads & Other Kynd Stuff are helping people make a better life for themselves and their families - people just like you and me. We also support Fair Trade and enjoy offering products from companies that participate in Fair Trade or similar ethical practices. When you visit our little shop, you'll notice that we want you to know about our suppliers - we post information about our products and their creators, manufacturers, or suppliers so that you're confident that your purchase makes a DIFFERENCE and helps make the world a better place. We want you to feel good about shopping with us! Eclectic Threads & Other Kynd Stuff is completely family owned and operated - a true "family business" in every sense of the word. When you stop by our "brick & mortar" shop, you'll often see our teens (Ryan, Kevin, Nicholas, Stephanie, and Joe) working in the shop and learning about how a business runs, from the ground up - retail market, customer service, marketing, finance, purchasing - everything that makes a business go. These "real world" lessons can't be learned in schools, so we consider our family very lucky to have the opportunity to teach our children, not to mention the chance to spend more time with our busy teens! Our littlest helper, Joey, is seen running around from time to time as well, greeting customers and handing out smiles!
